NDLA Executive Board Travel Reimbursement Information

 

In-State Travel:

Mileage: $0.555 per mile
Meals:
  • Breakfast up to $6.00 per meal
  • Lunch up to $9.00 per meal
  • Dinner up to $15.00 per meal
  • or $30.00 per diem
Lodging: up to $69.30 per night plus tax

Out-of-State Travel (destination is outside of North Dakota):

Mileage: $0.555 per mile up to 300 miles beyond the North Dakota border and $0.18 per mile after that
Meals:
  • Breakfast up to $9.20 per meal
  • Lunch up to $13.80 per meal
  • Dinner up to $23.00 per meal
  • or $46.00 per diem
Lodging: actual expense
Air Transportation (coach airfare only): actual expense
